Awesome place with great wi-fi, free parking, and 24-hour reception. I appreciated how the staff returned my forgotten earpods. Kris was especially helpful, ensuring I had everything I needed. I'll definitely be back for my next trip!

Sheets and blanket were past their prime. Could use newer sheets. Bathroom shower curtain was not waterproof and water dripped on the floor.

The staff were ok and the breakfast was ok for the value.

The room was very basic, and the air didn't work great, not enough outlets in the room to plug the c-pap machine next to bed. Also I have been charged twice for this room, once from booking .com and now the hotel and I am now having to try and get my money back.

Clean room and friendly staff, but Wi-Fi was slow and inconsistent.

We stayed 2 nights. Night one. We got woke up by bed bugs biting.caught some in cup. Called office. After 45min was sent to another room. Night two same thing. Told management wanted refund so could go elsewhere and get room. They said no rooms available anywhere. Then was sent to another room at 2am.we were wore out.Both of us are handicapped. And had to carry our stuff up 15 steps to other room!Needless to say it was a horrible experience! Then all the manager would do to compensate us was knock $15 off the bill!

The owner and the staff were all very nice and friendly and helpful.

The hallway doors to outside had no locks. Most motels have locked outside doors which can only be opened with room keys. So we didn't feel secure. It is in a very busy commercial location so people can come in the doors. It was very busy on weekend nights. We rented 2 rooms. One room had a broken toilet. But the person at the desk gave us a new room. And that worked out nicely.

the edges of the carpet look like they havent been vacumned in months..were not advised of 15.00 small pet fee until we arrived..toilet dirty..bathtub dirty..something smashed on ceiling ,,ac vent filthy..burn holes in blanket..changed room..first room stunk .. picture glass. had something running down it.. bathroom floor filthy..

It was clean and the bed was OK. Had frig and microwave. Breakfast offered eggs and yogurt along with the usual continental fare.

Lacked some of the little extras like body lotion, Kleenex, a pad of paper to write on. Walls were thin and we had partiers and door slammers next to us. Small room.

Can recommend for a day tour

Comfortable room, essential amenities, the free parking was a great convenience for us, making it easier to explore the city .

The hotel is in need of serious updates.

The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The employees were very friendly. I would stay here again if I needed something cheap and clean.

It is in need of renovation yet apparently was just renovated last year. The breakfast isn't much.

Good for what it is. Cheap motel compared to others in same vicinity. Decent breakfast

Simple place for a visit to Anderson with magnificent location by resturants and excellent services. A lot of good food for meals. Location so close to Wendys, casinos and horse races services, and several stores & restaurants.
